You will have the chance to study while working with our skilled team members, receiving on‑the‑job coaching and learning opportunities, all while earning an academic qualification. No previous technical experience is necessary; we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and motivated to grow in this role.

Our Engineering apprenticeship programme offers the following:

  • A four‑year programme that immerses you in engineering operations, working closely with our site teams and an educational partner who will support your studies.
  • The first five months are a full‑time residential experience with other CCEP engineering apprentices at the Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP.
  • After this residential phase, you will return to your CCEP Manufacturing site to continue your on‑the‑job learning.
  • Upon successful completion, you will achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.

Your starting salary for the programme is £26,425 with annual salary reviews.
