Our Engineering apprenticeship programme offers the following:

  • A four-year programme that will immerse you in Engineering operations, working closely with our site teams and educational partner who will support your studies.
  • The first five months will be a full-time residential experience with other CCEP engineering apprentices at the Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP.
  • After this residential phase, you’ll return to your CCEP Manufacturing site to continue your on-the-job learning.
  • Upon successful completion of the programme, you’ll achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.

Your starting salary for the program is £26,425 with annual salary reviews. What we expect from you:

  • We expect you to have at least National 5 qualifications in Maths and English at grade C or above (desirable).
  • We welcome applicants who may have faced barriers to education or have disabilities; please let us know if you require adjustments to meet these criteria.
  • You should also demonstrate an interest in manufacturing, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to complete the program and become an accomplished engineer.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for a minimum of three years.
