In the role of Semi-skilled Machine Operator, you will play a key role in our day-to-day operations, receiving full training to become part of our team. As a 24-hour operation, you can expect to work shifts based on a days and nights pattern, with discussions open for job share opportunities that suit both the operation and you.

You will work with experienced teams to ensure the soft drinks operation runs smoothly, including ordering materials and operating our filling, packing, and palletising machines. The site is highly automated and clean, and you will be trained in basic machine operating, fault finding, and fixes. Tasks may include raw material handling and loading using manual handling techniques and equipment.

You will receive training and autonomy to manage your work environment, ensuring hygiene is maintained to a high standard and the quality of our products is upheld through hands-on inspection and on-line measurement of our product and packaging, collaborating with our Quality, Health, Environment, and Sustainability teams. You will also be trained to monitor and report on performance, optimising our setup to maximise quality and output while reducing waste.

We seek hands-on practical individuals who can multi-task, are open to learning, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively. You should demonstrate confidence in your ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently, with a strong drive for results, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clear guidelines for operational excellence. Full in-house training will be provided for technical upskilling.
