About the Role

Field Sales Representative (AFH) – Burnley, Permanent. This full‑time role pays a base salary of £29,033 with a bonus up to £8,000 (OTE).

Responsibilities

  • Report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within the existing customer base.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés.
  • Create new business opportunities and become an expert in the soft‑drinks category.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Manually handle products and point‑of‑sale equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Use digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
  • Independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Drive business growth through digital engagement and technology‑enabled customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • UK driving licence or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Residence within a 60‑minute commute of the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills with experience delivering positive outcomes to customers.
  • Experience with manual handling of products and point‑of‑sale equipment.
  • Proficiency in digital technologies – iPhone and iPad usage.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Motivation to stay active, work hands‑on and collaborate with others.
  • No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
