Our Engineering apprenticeship programme offers the following:
- A four-year programme that will immerse you in Engineering operations, working closely with our site teams and educational partner who will support your studies.
- The first five months will be a full-time residential experience with other CCEP engineering apprentices at the Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP.
- After this residential phase, you’ll return to your CCEP Manufacturing site to continue your on-the-job learning.
- Upon successful completion of the programme, you’ll achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.
Your starting salary for the program is £26,425 with annual salary reviews. What we expect from you:
- We expect you to have at least GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- We welcome applicants who may have faced barriers to education or have disabilities; please let us know if you require adjustments to meet these criteria.
- You should also demonstrate an interest in manufacturing, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to complete the program and become an accomplished engineer.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for a minimum of three years.
