About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category, interacting with independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafés to promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

  • UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60‑minute commute from Chingford.
  • Speaking Hindi is desirable but not essential.
  • Influencing, negotiation, and commercial, fact‑based conversations with customers.
  • Experience with manual handling, point of sale, and equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital technologies (iPhone, iPad) for sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to independently manage workload, schedule, and meet key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and technology‑enhanced customer relationships.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
