Director, Quality & Food Safety
We’re looking for a visionary Director of Quality & Food Safety to lead the strategic direction, governance, and continuous improvement of our end-to-end Quality & Food Safety (QFS) systems across CCEP. This is a high-impact role that ensures our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and consumer trust—while driving innovation and sustainability.
Director, Quality & Food Safety
We’re looking for a visionary Director of Quality & Food Safety to lead the strategic direction, governance, and continuous improvement of our end-to-end Quality & Food Safety (QFS) systems across CCEP. This is a high-impact role that ensures our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and consumer trust—while driving innovation and sustainability.
What you will do:
As the QFS Director, you will:
- Lead the development and deployment of our long-term QFS strategy across all business units.
- Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee QFS performance across the entire value chain—from suppliers to consumers.
- Represent CCEP in key interactions with food safety authorities and major customers.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional QFS team across Europe.
- Champion innovation, capability building, and knowledge sharing across the business.
What you bring:
We’re looking for a strategic, inclusive leader with:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Quality & Food Safety within a multinational food or beverage environment.
- Previous multi-site Multinational Food Company Quality & Food Safety management experience
- A Master’s or PhD in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement, sustainability, and consumer safety.
- Experience of leading a team in multiple locations
- Fluent English language capability
Location & Travel:
- Role is based in either GB, Spain, Bulgaria or The Philippines. Must be able to travel to all CCEP sites, and occasionally overseas Global meeting – 50% travel
