About Your Role: As a Field Sales Representative you will report to the local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base. You will maintain ongoing relationships, create new business opportunities, and become an expert in the soft‑drinks category. Your customers will include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafés.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain and grow relationships with assigned customers.
- Promote Coca‑Cola brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
- Use digital tools (iPhone/iPad) to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
- Manage workload and schedule independently to meet key targets.
- Engage customers through digital engagement and technology to enhance relationships.
Qualifications:
- UK driving licence or equivalent and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Ability to travel within a 60‑minute commute of the role location.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment with manual handling of products, point‑of‑sale systems or equipment.
- Strong organisational ability with excellent prioritisation skills.
- Desirable: speaking Hindi.
- No experience required – full training provided.
