What you become part of: At Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, our Morpeth site is a unique and high‑performing operation. As the only PET bottled water facility within CCEP GB, the site produces up to 54,000 bottles per hour and over 1 million bottles every day. What to expect: As a QSE Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a safe, compliant and continuously improving workplace. You will help bring our safety culture to life, ensuring standards are embedded and consistently applied across site. You will:

• Support the delivery of the management systems underpinning Quality, Safety & Environment
• Coordinate and carry out internal audits and compliance checks, ensuring safe ways of working are followed
• Partner with teams to ensure that monthly KPI’s are tracked, reported and met each period
• Assist with external audits, ensuring they’re scheduled, resource is allocated, documents provided in a timely manner and taking ownership of the corrective action plan
• Act as a support for the QA Lead and HSE Lead

This is a varied and hands‑on role where you will balance compliance, coaching and continuous improvement with excellent opportunities to progress your career further down the line. Skills & Essentials: We are looking for someone who is passionate about health and safety and motivated to make a difference. You will bring a practical, collaborative approach and the confidence to engage with colleagues at all levels. You will bring (desirable but not compulsory):

• A recognised qualification in Health & Safety/Quality/Environment, such as NEBOSH Certificate or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify risks and drive improvements
• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance
• Experience supporting or conducting risk assessments in an operational environment
• Good communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams
• A proactive mindset and a can-do attitude, a willingness to succeed
• Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing or food and drink environment
• Exposure to incident investigation and root cause analysis
