Responsibilities
- Develop Technical Training Plans: Create and develop the site's technical training strategies and initiatives in conjunction with Learning & Development (L&D).
- Deliver
Training: Provide technical training as per site training plans and OEM guidance to ensure consistent learning standards and to foster a competent and knowledgeable workforce both academically and practically.
You must be capable of delivering to technical groups of all sizes and competencies.
- OEM Training: Ensure engineers have regular OEM-based training to bring competence to the correct CCEP standards with a follow-up process to close technical gaps and maintain capability.
- Audit and Review: Regularly audit and update technical training materials driven through evaluation and new equipment and technologies.

Culture: Promote a balanced approach to formal training, coaching, and on-the-job learning to enhance performance, ensuring that the 20:10:70 rule of training and developing a personds experience is part of the plan.
- Training Administration: Maintain and update training records, highlight opportunities, and create plans for closure.
- Support
- Engineering
Apprentices: Support engineering apprentices both during their time at college and when on site.
Provide post-apprenticeship formal training and support for up to three years past apprenticeship completion.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Apprenticeship-qualified or holds an engineering-based NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (multi-skilled preferred).
- Operational Insight: Ability to develop training materials and conduct engaging and effective training sessions for others based on operational equipment.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the FMCG/Supply Chain sector, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Expertise: Proven experience in the field of Learning & Development with examples of delivering training using a variety of methodologies with a focus on technical training.
- Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
- Quality Systems Understanding: Familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
