About Your Role
As a Field Sales Representative you will deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities, while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. Customers will include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes, located in Sunderland & Hartlepool.
Responsibilities
- Promote our brands and solutions using data and insights that align with business objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with outlet owners, managers and decision makers.
- Engage customers through commercial, fact‑based conversations to secure sales.
- Execute manual handling of products and/or equipment at the point of sale as required.
- Use digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
- Manage workload and schedule independently while meeting sales targets.
- Grow business through digital engagement and technology to enhance customer relationships.
- Prioritise tasks to ensure efficiency and manage multiple responsibilities.
Qualifications
- UK driving licence or equivalent, living within a 60‑minute commute from the role location.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience in retail or FMCG is preferred but not essential.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive positive outcomes.
- Team‑player who shares learning and best practice.
- Proficient in digital technologies and mobile devices.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
