Our Engineering apprenticeship programme offers the following:

  • A four‑year programme that will immerse you in Engineering operations, working closely with our site teams and educational partner who will support your studies.
  • The first five months will be a full‑time residential experience with other CCEP engineering apprentices at the Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP.
  • After this residential phase, you will return to your CCEP Manufacturing site to continue your on‑the‑job learning.
  • Upon successful completion of the programme, you will achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.
  • Your starting salary for the programme is £26,425 with annual salary reviews.

What we expect from you:

  • We expect you to have at least GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

  • You should also demonstrate an interest in manufacturing, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to complete the programme and become an accomplished engineer.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for a minimum of three years.
