Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the management systems underpinning Quality, Safety & Environment
- Coordinate and carry out internal audits and compliance checks, ensuring safe ways of working are followed
- Partner with teams to ensure that monthly KPI's are tracked, reported and met each period
- Assist with external audits, ensuring they are scheduled, resources allocated, documents provided in a timely manner and taking ownership of the corrective action plan
- Act as a support for the QA Lead and HSE Lead
- Balance compliance, coaching and continuous improvement while driving a proactive safety culture across the site
Must Have Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in Health & Safety/Quality/Environment, such as a NEBOSH Certificate or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify risks and drive improvements
- Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance
- Experience supporting or conducting risk assessments in an operational environment
- Good communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams
- A proactive mindset and a can-do attitude, a willingness to succeed
- Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing or food and drink environment
- Exposure to incident investigation and root cause analysis
