Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Representative, you will deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.

The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.

You will focus on promoting our brands and solutions using data and insights that align with business objectives, and report into the Field Sales Manager.

We provide comprehensive training along with all the tools and support you need to succeed.

We are looking for someone who works well within a team, enjoys staying active, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on role.

Qualifications

  • UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and residence within a 60‑minute commute from the role location.
  • Experience within Retail or FMCG is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with outlet owners, managers and decision‑makers.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, and experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as i Phone and i Pad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key sales targets.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Some manual handling of products and/or equipment at the point of sale.
