The People & Culture (P&C) function drives the people strategy at Coca‑Cola by ensuring that we attract, recruit, develop, and retain the best talent.

As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the development and execution of HR initiatives that contribute to a thriving work environment.

Internship Overview

Join a vibrant global community of interns and early‑career professionals, where you will work on talent attraction, training & development, talent management, employee engagement, and HR analytics.

You will assist in employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, employee development programs, engagement surveys, performance management, and HR metrics analysis.

You will work closely with business leaders to align P&C initiatives with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of HR initiatives to create a thriving work environment.
  • Assist with talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding.
  • Help manage the employee development and training calendar.
  • Contribute to employee engagement surveys and apply insights to improve workplace culture.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee relations activities.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment between P&C initiatives and company goals.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the UK – no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong enthusiasm for Coca‑Cola, its brands, and values.
  • Curious, agile, creative, and passionate about learning and making an impact.
