About the Role
Are you looking for new challenges and personal growth within Coca-Cola Europacific Partners? Then we have a great opportunity for you! As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Requirements
- Full training, plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed.
- You must work well with others, love staying active and thrive in a hands‑on role; hospitality/bar licence experience is preferred.
- Possess a UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and live within a 60‑minute commute from the role location.
- Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
- Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
- Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
- Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
- Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
This full‑time field sales role comes with a salary of £29,033 and many compelling benefits. In return for your commitment, you will receive a base salary of £29,033 plus a bonus of up to £8,000 (OTE) and the following benefits:
