About Your Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities, whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. Your customers will typically include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- No prior experience required; we provide full training and support.
- Works well with others, loves staying active and thrives in a hands‑on role.
- UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60‑minute commute from the role location.
- Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
- Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
- Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
- Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
- Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.

In return for your commitment you will receive a base salary of £32,484 plus a bonus of up to £8,000 (OTE) and the following benefits:
