About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Comprehensive training will be provided; previous sales experience is helpful but not essential.
  • We are looking for someone who works well within a team, enjoys staying active, and thrives in a practical, hands‑on role.
  • UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60‑minute commute from the role are essential.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers, and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: £30,221 plus a bonus of up to £8,000 (OTE). Benefits include a company car and fuel card, iPad and iPhone for use with this role, pension plan and share plan, 2 paid volunteering days per year, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible benefits such as the ability to buy and sell annual leave and discounts, leading‑edge in‑house training and development, and development opportunities with local management teams.
