Responsibilities include delivering sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives across independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes.

Qualifications:

  • No experience? No problem! Full training and support are provided.
  • Works well with others, loves staying active, thrives in a hands-on role.
  • UK driving licence or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Lives within a 60-minute commute from the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.

Benefits include a base salary of £29,033 plus a bonus of up to £8,000 (OTE), company car and fuel card, iPad and iPhone for use with this role, pension plan and share plan, 2 paid volunteering days per year, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, flexible benefits including the ability to buy and sell annual leave, discounts scheme, etc., leading-edge in-house training and development, and development opportunities with fantastic local management teams to support your career path.
