As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • We provide comprehensive training along with all the tools and support you need to succeed.
  • While previous sales experience is beneficial, it isn’t essential.
  • We’re looking for someone who works well within a team, enjoys staying active, and thrives in a practical, hands‑on role.
  • UK driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60‑minute commute from the role location are essential.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point‑of‑sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
