As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.
Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers across independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
- Create new business opportunities and promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
- Use digital technologies (iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
- Independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
- Use technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Full training provided; must work well with others, stay active, thrive in a hands‑on role.
- Valid UK driving licence or equivalent and eligibility to work in the UK; live within a 60‑minute commute from the role location.
- Influencing and negotiation skills; experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
- Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad.
- Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
- Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
