What you become part of:
Our Milton Keynes Operations Centre is responsible for the purchase, distribution and refurbishment of all our cold drink equipment throughout GB. Every cooler; vending machine and dispensing equipment comes from here.
The Centre is also home to our Contact Centre which is a 364 days a year, 7 days a week operation to support with calls ranging from equipment service requests, new business enquiries and machine movements as well as internal support for our Field Engineering Team. The Supply Planning, Logistics, and Equipment Asset Protection Teams are also here managing machine and parts supply.
What to expect
The main role of the logistics assistant is to process the movement of equipment orders, offer support to external and internal customers, monitor stock availability and work closely with our third party operators.
This is a varied role and can cover all aspects of end to end supply chain.
Key responsibilities will include

Manage the process of Equipment Requests in Salesforce and SAP

Building relationships and managing external logistics contractors to ensure our SLAs and KPIs are met.

Data entry on Salesforce, i.e. Account creation, COPs, EAs

Meeting departmental SLAs by implementing dynamic thinking to resolve time critical issues that may arise

Assisting external customers with enquiries via the telephone or email.

Weekly meetings with contractors to discuss performance

Assisting in the achievement of company objectives and KPIs

Knowledge of both SAP and Salesforce would be an advantage

Experience in Customer Service is essential
