A critical component of this networked organization is Enterprise Services which provides enterprise-wide solutions and services. This role is within the Marketing, CCL & PACS Intelligence (MCPI) team, focusing on transforming global Marketing Communications Insights and Measurement. The position aims to enhance consumer-centric and data-driven marketing intelligence to enable distinctive marketing experiences and campaigns.
The Senior Manager, Global Marketing Communications and End-to-End Experiences Intelligence will develop and implement diagnostics for advertising and consumer experiences, working closely with stakeholders like Human Insights, IMX/Connections, and Global Categories. Responsibilities include managing data sources, leading measurement systems, and influencing decision-making through insights. While it may not have direct reports, it holds significant influence through project leadership. This role is a key member of the MCPI team within the Global Enterprise Services organization.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Serve as marketing analytics subject matter expert for Campaign/Media Research Protocols; ensure statistical rigor and best practices to uphold data integrity and provide trustworthy insights.
- Establish a standardized data foundation; promote adoption of taxonomy and tagging protocols, develop schemas, and automate data ingestion and quality checks.
- Manage external data partnerships; evaluate new technologies, negotiate with vendors, and ensure proper data governance.
- Design and deploy predictive analytics products; including uplift models, media mix modeling, and AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Enable evidence-based decisions; create recommendation engines and scenario planning tools to optimize media investments.
- Provide advanced analytics for categories or units; interpret data and recommend actions to drive ROI.
- Document and share data science best practices; foster adoption across teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams; coordinate data engineers, analysts, and partners to build analytics solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation; promote high performance, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Seeking a collaborative leader with strong interpersonal skills, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, capable of inspiring teams and communicating complex ideas clearly.
- Technical Leadership & Strategy: Deep expertise in causal inference, uplift modeling, media mix modeling, LLM applications, and machine learning frameworks. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R; experience delivering scalable analytical solutions.
- Business Impact & Governance: Experience in data governance, privacy frameworks, and quality monitoring. Proven ability to implement enterprise BI tools like Power BI.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: At least 3 years managing external teams or partners, mentoring talent. Vendor management and strategic partnership experience.
- Strategic Communication & Innovation: Ability to communicate complex insights to executive audiences. Build cross-functional relationships to foster innovation. Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
Work Experience: At least 5 years in data science, marketing analytics, or media measurement, with enterprise-scale leadership experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (e.g., MBA, MS in Data Science or related fields). Commitment to ongoing learning in AI/ML and data science trends.
