We have a full-time position as a mobile Cleaning Operative, based in Exeter and the surrounding areas in the south west. We are offering a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at an excellent rate of pay. This role includes a fully-funded company vehicle. This is a full-time and permanent position which includes a great holiday and pension package.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly, hardworking team. You must be efficient, reliable, honest and have an eye for detail. Previous experience in this field is desired but not essential.
Job Description:
- Specialist and extreme cleaning
- End of Tenancy Cleans
- VOID Cleaning - Carrying out full property cleans to social housing throughout the South West
- VOID Pre cleans, exceptionally dirty cleans and environmental cleans
- Carpet Cleaning
- One-off deep clean to tenanted properties
- Clinical cleaning
- Trauma cleaning
- Mould Washdowns
- Fire Washdowns
This job will include contact with bodily fluids. You should be able to maintain consistently high standards, organise your time and work well on your own and as part of a team. Health and Safety, Manual Handling and COSHH training including full uniform/PPE will be given. A full, clean, manual driving license is required. A DBS certificate is preferred although not essential. PRIDE IN YOUR WORK IS CRUCIAL.
