We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of how our services are delivered day-to-day and to drive real improvement across our operations function. This isn’t just about keeping things running; it’s about making them run better.
At Cobweb, our Operations Manager role sits at the centre of Support & Managed Services teams, ensuring everything flows, customers get a consistent experience, and nothing falls through the cracks.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Owning the day-to-day delivery of Managed Services & Support ensuring they run predictably and to a high standard
- Managing end-to-end service flow across teams – clean handovers, clear ownership, no friction
- Driving SLA performance and service quality
- Providing clear operational insight through reporting, issue management and escalation
- Leading teams through structured delivery plans and priorities
- Reducing rework, inefficiencies and manual effort
- Embedding better processes and ways of working
- Using automation and AI where it actually adds value
- Constantly asking “how do we do this better?”
Required Skills
- Doesn’t accept the status quo — you’ll challenge it
- Has run operations in a service-led or MSP environment (or has transferable skills)
- Understands how to balance delivery, quality and efficiency
