We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technology Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, management, and support of VoIP telephony systems and related communication technologies. This role will involve working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain VoIP systems (hosted/Cloud).
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support for VoIP-related incidents and service requests.
  • Work with customers and suppliers to deliver end-to-end telephony solutions.
  • Implement security best practices for VoIP infrastructure to prevent fraud and vulnerabilities.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new project rollouts.
  • Assist in the evaluation of new VoIP technologies and recommend improvements.
Skills & Experience
  • To be able to demonstrate industry experience and/or a transferrable skill set.
  • Possess an understanding of networking principles and telecommunications protocols.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Previous hands-on experience "on the tools," such as pulling cables, installing data outlets, or undertaking similar installation work.
  • Possess leadership qualities or have previously worked at Team Leader / senior level.
