Loan Ops Transaction Management Vice President Location: London (EC2M 7PR) Salary: Up to £100,000 + excellent benefits Working pattern: 4 days per week in the office A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced loan operations professional (Vice President level) to join its London team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior candidate with a strong background in loan administration and Loan IQ to take a leadership role within a high-performing, international environment. As Vice President within the Loan Transaction Management team, you’ll oversee the operational lifecycle of complex and structured financing transactions from initial deal set-up and settlement through to post‑execution management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency across systems and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage the full operational lifecycle of loan transactions, ensuring accurate setup, settlement, monitoring and reporting. Lead and mentor junior team members, maintaining a culture of excellence and accountability. Review and interpret complex legal and financial documentation to ensure transactions are structured and booked accurately. Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering a first-class client service experience. Implement and enhance processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. About You Circa 10 years experience in a loan administration or loan operations environment, ideally within a global financial institution. Expert user of Loan IQ essential for success in this role. Proven team leadership and people management experience. High level of proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional attention to detail, strong numeracy skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
