We are looking for an experienced Third Party Agent Loans Closer to join a specialist loan agency team based in the heart of the City. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of loan agency deals within a business that places client relationships and service excellence at its core. What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of primary and secondary loan transfer settlements, working across the full deal lifecycle from front to back.
- Managing settlement of primary and secondary transfers across a varied deal portfolio.
- Maintaining data integrity across platforms including Loan IQ and Clearpar, covering transfer restrictions, lender set‑ups, KYC/tax processes and remittance information (MT103/MT202).
- Delivering outstanding client service, responding to queries within 48 hours and targeting settlement of new trades within 5 business days.
- Providing regular metrics and reporting to team and product leads on outstanding trades.
- Collaborating closely with team members and communicating clearly across the business.
- Staying current on industry developments and demonstrating strong product knowledge internally and externally.
- Adhering to risk, regulatory and compliance frameworks and escalating issues where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in loan agency, loan transfers or a related Loan Ops / Loan Settlements role.
- Working knowledge of Loan IQ, Clearpar and loan trade settlement processes is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- A proactive, can‑do attitude with a genuine focus on client service.
- A collaborative team player who communicates with confidence and clarity.
