The world’s leading manufacturer of wood-based panels is currently offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join their award-winning apprenticeship scheme, gaining wide-ranging engineering experience whilst undertaking a comprehensive apprenticeship programme across a large multi-operational site. You will receive top-tier training and mentorship from industry leaders as part of an innovative, forward-thinking company dedicated to sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement.

The Role

As an eager and motivated individual with a passion for learning and self-improvement as well as a genuine interest in engineering, you would work on live projects from day one and develop practical skills that are highly valued in the industry. This 4-year apprenticeship scheme provides an opportunity to gain several fantastic qualifications, including NVQ level 3, BTEC and HNC, and offers a gateway to a rewarding and successful career in engineering.

The Candidate

  • Individuals with a genuine interest in engineering, with a passion for improvement
  • A minimum of 5 x A-C (4-9) grade GCSEs, including Maths, English and Science
  • Subjects such as DT, ICT and Engineering would be advantageous in the application process
  • You must be 16 or over on 1st September 2025
  • Proximity to the company’s Chirk Head Office near Wrexham
