What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind creating a nurturing and supportive home for young people. Your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a purpose-built therapeutic home.
  • Providing a safe, loving environment for up to three young people.
  • Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care.
  • Working alongside a top-notch clinical team to implement therapeutic models.
  • Rolling up your sleeves and getting involved on evenings and weekends when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

We need a Registered Manager who is:

  • Experienced: You have at least two years in a supervisory or management role within children's residential services. Strong Deputies will be considered.
  • Knowledgeable: You understand the challenges faced by children who have experienced trauma, abuse, and loss.
  • Qualified: A willingness to complete a Level 5 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care.
  • Practical: A full driving licence and access to a car.
  • Professional: Strong computer skills and the confidence to represent the home in meetings.
