We are looking for a talented Estimator to work for our client. They want to recruit someone with a background in estimating within the construction sector. If that’s you then you could be exactly what they’re looking for.
The Role:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Estimator will be primarily responsible for pricing work for a commercial glazing specialist (they supply both the public and private sectors) and ultimately tasked with improving the 'win ratio'. It will include:
- Being able to spot the 'winner' and be able to best structure deals
- Managing framework agreements
- Putting together bids / tenders
The Candidate:
The ideal person for this Estimator role will have a background in commercial estimating within the construction sector. Ideally, you'll also need experience of the commercial glazing sector.
The Package:
Basic salary: circa £35,000 per annum plus benefits.
