The Role
Initially, you will be responsible for contacting former students and generating appointments for specialist course consultants. Your aim will be to book 15-20 quality appointments each week, helping professionals continue their development through additional training opportunities. As you gain experience and develop your skills, you will quickly progress into a more sales-focused position with the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings. This is a consultative role, where strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport are essential. You will also work closely with a friendly and supportive team, ensuring customer records are kept up to date and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout.
