Role: IT Field Service Manager
Location: Richmond (Home based – 3-4 days per week on client sites)
We are looking for a technically hands-on IT Field Engineering/Service Manager to lead a small team of field Engineers and 1st / 2nd line IT support.
The company is an MSP that is part of a successful digital agency, and the majority of the clients you will support are well-established digital agency customers. Most are based within the Richmond, Slough, Farnham triangle.
You will be hands-on alongside the field engineers you manage and will be working on support and leading projects with time on client sites expected to be three to four days each week.
Experience
- You will have experience of working for an MSP
- Technically you will have both on-prem and cloud experience – server 2016-2022
- We would also expect you to have decent networking knowledge – VLAN’s, DNS, Firewalls.
- We would also expect you to have experience in technologies such as VMWare.
