The Dual Registered Manager will be responsible for :
- Overseeing the operations of a 4-bed EBD home in Redditch and a 3-bed EBD home in South Birmingham
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and maintaining current GOOD grading
- Leading and supporting a team of Deputy Managers and care staff
- Managing budgets and resources effectively
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of children aged 8 to 16
The ideal Dual Registered Manager will have :
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated home
