Our client, a reputable organisation with a strong history of providing services for people with learning disabilities, is seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children\’s homes. The Package:
The Dual Registered Manager will receive:
- Annual salary of £67.5K to £72.5K for dual registration
- Ofsted bonuses: £1,000 for Good, £2,000 for Outstanding

The Role:
The Dual Registered Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the operations of a 4-bed EBD home in Redditch and a 3-bed EBD home in South Birmingham
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and maintaining current GOOD grading
- Leading and supporting a team of Deputy Managers and care staff
- Managing budgets and resources effectively
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of children aged 8 to 16
