We're recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist business looking for a commercially minded Design Sales Consultant to guide customers from initial enquiry through to completed order. This is a consultative sales role where you'll spend time understanding a customer's vision, presenting creative design solutions and confidently selling the value of your proposal. You'll become the customer's trusted adviser throughout the buying journey, combining exceptional customer service with strong commercial awareness. The Role
- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completed order, building strong relationships at every stage.
- Understand each customer's vision, prepare bespoke design proposals and quotations, and confidently present your recommendations.
- Manage your own sales pipeline, following up enquiries and using the CRM system to maximise conversion rates.
- Process orders accurately and work closely with colleagues to ensure project delivery.
