You would be joining one of the UK’s leading firms of solicitors with a dedicated and experienced team specialising in Court of Protection matters, the judicial body responsible for making decisions relating to the management of finances and affairs of individuals who lack the mental capacity to do so themselves. The team are keen to accommodate what’s best for you, so can be flexible on location however there will be a need to visit the Leeds office regularly. — The Role You’ll provide quality legal advice to the firm’s clients by appropriate supervision and training and managing your very own caseload from the offset. You’ll aim to provide clients with expert legal advice and help them with all financial management matters, from planning and investments, to tax returns and accounting. You’ll play a key role as part of a team dedicated to improving the quality of life of their clients.
