This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader who is passionate about person-centred care and ready to take on greater responsibility. The Role You'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the service, supporting and guiding the care team while ensuring individuals receive safe, consistent and high-quality support.
