We re recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering business (client confidential) for an experienced Service Manager to lead a UK-wide field service team supporting industrial manufacturing plants.

This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone who has progressed from an electrical or mechanical engineering background into service leadership.

You ll be responsible for planning engineers, managing customer relationships, producing quotations and driving service excellence across a varied customer base in sectors including automotive, aerospace and advanced engineering.

The role includes managing service operations, scheduling engineers, preparing quotations for remedial and small works, and leading small projects.
