What is The Job Doing: As a Production Supervisor, you\’ll play a crucial role in overseeing various production facilities across the plant. Manage approximately 20 production team members on each shift. Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, focusing on volume, quality, safety, and efficiency. Drive improvements within your team and support their development within the business. Work weekdays, with shifts either from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm or 1:45 pm to 10:15 pm.What Experience Do I Need The ideal candidate for the Production Supervisor role will have: Experience supervising production lines, ideally within the food industry.
