If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and developing successful teams, we'd love to hear from you.\n \nThe Role\n \n \n Lead the day-to-day operation of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred care is delivered to every client. \n Grow the service by developing relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals and private clients, increasing care hours and expanding the business. \n Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing care team, creating a positive culture and delivering excellent customer service. \n Maintain full CQC compliance through effective leadership, quality assurance and continuous improvement. \n Manage operational performance, staffing and budgets to ensure outstanding care and commercial success.
