We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join a supported living service in Southend , supporting individuals with a range of needs to live as independently and fulfillingly as possible.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader who is passionate about person-centred care and ready to take on greater responsibility.
The Role
You'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the service, supporting and guiding the care team while ensuring individuals receive safe, consistent and high-quality support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting members of the care team
- Promoting independence, choice and dignity
- Ensuring support is tailored to individual needs and preferences
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care
- Supporting individuals who may display behaviours that challenge
- Helping ensure regulatory requirements and procedures are followed
