- Manage day‑to‑day work associated with the Valour Programme to support the implementation of the Regional Strategic Plan.
- Measure programme effectiveness.

- Identify ways to build enduring, resilient networks and pathways to timely and effective support.
- Support flexible working arrangements as requested; many staff work flexible hours or partly from home.
