Cobseo's Veterans in Communities is recruiting a VALOUR North West Pathways Coordinator to support delivery of the VALOUR North West programme. This role provides person-centred support to veterans and their families, ensuring they can access the right services at the right time.
Working as part of a coordinated regional network, you will deliver support through a structured Pathways Coordination approach, including triage, assessment, case management and referral, ensuring joined-up support.
