Scotty's is seeking a hands-on Recruitment and Onboarding Lead to shape our people experience during a period of rapid growth. You will own end-to-end recruitment from initial contact through probation, and build proactive pipelines to support two-thirds delivery and one-third planning.
You will design scalable processes, collaborate with hiring leads, and develop engaging candidate experiences while ensuring compliance and timely onboarding.
