A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our successful challenge events team. You will support the team with the delivery of a wide range of challenge events. We have big aspirations and are looking for a fantastic assistant to help us to achieve them! You will play a key role in supporting the success of our challenge events fundraising programme by coordinating the day-to-day activities of the challenges team. Acting as the first point of contact for our many challenge event supporters, you will provide friendly and efficient support, ensuring every interaction is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include responding to enquiries, manging our DIY fundraising programme, acknowledging donations, and assisting with administrative tasks across the team. Whether by phone, email, or in person on event days, you will help deliver an exceptional experience to everyone taking part. This role is subject to a DBS check. Combat Stress is the UK's leading mental health charity for veterans. For over a century, we've been helping former service personnel deal with issues like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) resulting from military service. We have teams across the UK providing online and in-person treatment and support, depending on the individual's needs and circumstances of those who need us.,
Salary: Band 4, Β£27,484 - Β£30,160 per annum, dependent on experience, plus 5% Outer London Fringe Allowance Hours: Full-time, 37.5hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 16:30, hybrid, 2 days in office, 3 days at home.,
