About the Role
HR Administrator (Maternity Cover) - 12 month position at Cobrey Farms, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.
The role supports the seasonal operation by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, administrative support, welfare and compliance activities.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and provide support across all HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration of seasonal worker recruitment, onboarding and arrivals.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and maintain accurate worker records.
- Manage the administration of seasonal worker arrivals and departures.
- Monitor and respond to recruitment inbox enquiries.
- Assist with disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes, including preparing documentation and taking notes.
- Check and process recruitment agency invoices.
- Coordinate worker questionnaires and report key findings.
- Provide administrative support to welfare teams.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors, including ordering stock for onsite facilities.
- Support employee engagement activities and seasonal worker events.
- Visit and support remote sites in their HR and welfare activities.
- Provide general administrative support across the HR team.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.

- Previous administration experience (HR experience advantageous but not essential).
