Experienced Intruder Alarm Engineer required to cover London, Hertfordshire, Essex. Working for a NSI Gold approved Installer. This is a permanent position, working within 45 minutes from your home address.
This position involves servicing, testing, fault finding, installations, call outs, and on-call rota. Ensuring all systems are tested and certified in line with current regulations.
Requirements:
- Electrical experience/knowledge within domestic & commercial premises
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Experience with intruder alarms, wired & wirefree, insurance approved (Nacoss/Bsia/NSI) Risco, Pyronix, Texecom, Orisec, Gardtec
- CCTV knowledge wired & wire free
- Door entry systems wired or wirefree, audio or video
- Safe installations insurance & non-insured, fire & non-fire proof
- Fire alarms wired or wire free
- Smoke cloak
- Control 4 home entertainment installation/knowledge
- Ability to test, fault find, commission, inspect systems to the specification
- Confident liaising with clients, polite/respectable behaviour
- Teamwork - ability to work at ease alongside co-workers
- Professional attitude at all times with clients, site managers, co-workers
- Very good IT knowledge
- Ability to set up/access apps
Engineers Salary & Benefits:
- £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
- Weekend work paid at 1.5
- Company vehicle tax & insured
