Senior Account Handler (Birmingham)

Are you a proven Commercial Insurance Account Handler ready to take your career to the next level?

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Handle a portfolio of cross-class commercial insurance risks

✅ Support network members and brokers with placements and renewals

✅ Use Acturis to process documentation and manage workflows

✅ Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to secure the best terms

✅ Deliver outstanding service and technical guidance to clients

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ At least 3/5 years’ experience in commercial insurance

✔️ Strong background in retail or wholesale broking

✔️ Acturis trained

✔️ Confident communicator with strong attention to detail

✔️ Able to work both independently and as part of a team

✔️ Reporting into the Birmingham office (hybrid flexibility available)
