What To Expect
Previous experience is not required – all we ask is a passion for bringing joy to our customers. Working as a barista is different from any other job; you’ll create genuine moments of connection by crafting delicious beverages and building relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages, whole‑bean coffee, and food products consistently for all customers in line with our recipe and presentation standards.
- Support store procedures including opening, closing, cash handling, and safety and security.
- Assist fellow partners during periods of high volume to keep the store operating smoothly.
- Anticipate and deliver on customer and store needs by getting to know your store environment and customers.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer‑first attitude and creating genuine connections.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace for your customers and partners.
- Support early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
